These Terms & Conditions govern your use of bestclubsinlondon.co.uk (the "Site", "we", "us"). By browsing the Site, using our search and filtering tools, or clicking through to a third-party ticketing or booking partner, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

bestclubsinlondon.co.uk is an informational aggregator and ticket search engine. We collect, structure and index publicly available listing information about London nightlife venues — names, addresses, opening hours, music policies, ratings and event listings — and present it in one searchable directory.

We are explicitly not:

• an event organiser or promoter;
• a nightclub owner, operator or management company;
• a direct ticket vendor, box office or guestlist operator;
• an agent of any venue, promoter or ticketing platform.

Where you can buy a ticket, reserve a table or join a guestlist, you are doing so with a third party. We simply direct you to them.

All transactions initiated from the Site are completed on external platforms such as Skiddle, DesignMyNight, Clubbable, Eventbrite or the venue's own ticket portal. Those transactions are subject strictly and exclusively to the third-party seller's own terms of sale, refund and cancellation policies, booking fees, delivery methods and age restrictions.

• Age restrictions. London club nights are typically 18+ and some are 21+. Age policy is set and enforced by the venue and its ticketing partner. Carry valid photographic ID.
• Refunds. We cannot issue, process or influence a refund. Refund requests must be made to the seller who took your payment.
• Payment. We never take payment or store your card details. Prices shown on the Site are indicative and may exclude booking fees.

Listing data is aggregated from third-party sources and public feeds, and is provided "as is" and "as available". Operating hours, entry fees, dress codes, door policies, line-ups, capacities and event dates are set by venues and promoters and can change without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for denied entry, dress-code refusal, sold-out or cancelled events, venue closure or relocation, changed line-ups, travel or accommodation costs, or any loss arising from reliance on information published on the Site. Always confirm details with the venue or the official ticket seller before travelling.

Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

bestclubsinlondon.co.uk is an independent publisher. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or partnered with Tripadvisor, DesignMyNight, London Night Guide, Clubbable, Skiddle, Eventbrite, or any individual nightlife venue, unless a commercial relationship is explicitly stated on the relevant page.

All venue names, brand names, logos, artwork, event imagery and externally sourced ratings remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. They are used here for identification, reference and editorial purposes only under fair dealing. If you own rights in material published on the Site and want it amended or removed, contact us and we will review the request promptly.

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl, harvest, mirror or bulk-extract our database, listings, rankings or aggregated ratings by automated means without our prior written permission;
• reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the structure, matching logic or ranking algorithms behind the Site;
• resell, sublicense or republish substantial parts of our compiled database (protected as a database right and by copyright);
• interfere with the Site's operation, bypass rate limits, or submit false, defamatory or unlawful content;
• use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable regulation.

Our editorial content, page structure, design system, taxonomy and the compiled directory as a whole are owned by bestclubsinlondon.co.uk and protected by copyright and UK database rights.

We earn revenue from affiliate commissions when users click certain ticket or booking links. This never increases the price you pay. See our Affiliate & Data Transparency Disclosure for full details.

We may amend these terms, change or withdraw features, or suspend the Site at any time. The version published here is the version in force. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
